About account deletion
This page is for smartphone apps."RisMe"(provided by:JOC-NETWORK co.,ltd.This document explains how to delete your account and what data will be handled during the deletion process.
How to delete an account
Method 1: Delete from the app
- Open the RisMe app.
- At the bottom of the screen"setting"Open the tab.
- Scroll all the way down the screen,"Delete account"Tap .
- Please read the contents of the confirmation screen,"Delete all account data"Tap .
- For security reasons, you may be asked to verify your identity. A screen will appear depending on your registration method (password/Google/Apple), so please follow the instructions to authenticate.
Once authentication is complete, the account and its associated data will be deleted immediately.Deleted accounts and data cannot be recovered.
Method 2: Request deletion without using the app.
If you have already deleted the app from your device, or if you are unable to open the app, please contact us at the following support center.

Data to be deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will also be deleted from the server.

Data that will be automatically deleted after a certain period of time.
The following data is automatically deleted as it expires during normal use, without waiting for account deletion. Even if your account is deleted, any remaining data will be deleted at the same expiration date.

Data that will not be deleted
The following will remain even after you delete your account, for technical or legal reasons.

Please note that subscriptions (monthly plans) made through the App Store/Google Play will not be automatically canceled even if you delete your account.Before deleting your account, please cancel your subscription yourself through the App Store/Google Play settings screen.
